Mini Alcapurrias are one of our most requested bites for couples who want their guests to experience true Puerto Rican flavor from the very first tray that leaves the kitchen. We start with a traditional masa made from green bananas and yautía, finely grated until smooth, then seasoned with our house sofrito.
